China Inspection Company Limited's Vehicle Inspection Center is located at 50 Fuk Hei Street, Yuen Long, (for "Guangdong and Hong Kong vehicles" services) and 63 Fuk Hei Street, Yeun Long (for the "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicle" service). It is qualified by the Environmental Protection Department of the HKSAR Government for vehicle emission testing, the Transport Department of the HKSAR Government for "Vehicle Testing Center", and the Chinese standard for motor vehicle safety inspection and certification, and can conduct comprehensive tests on vehicle safety performance quickly and accurately. The test site can park more than 100 vehicles of all sizes at the same time.

Including: 

1. Responsible for the safety and technical inspection of all vehicles entering and leaving Guangdong and Hong Kong, including the initial safety and technical inspection of vehicles applying for Mainland China license plates, as well as vehicle replacement inspection and annual inspection of vehicles with Mainland number plates.

2. To provide one-stop service for safety performance inspection, quality inspection, and netting inspection of imported vehicles to the Mainland via Hong Kong according to the application of the applicant.

3. To be designated by the Environmental Protection Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government to provide vehicle emission testing services.

4. To provide annual safety test, i.e. vehicle inspection service, at the "Vehicle Testing Center" designated by the Transport Department.

5. Inspection and Installation Service for Passes card of Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles.

Asian Gypsy Moth (AGM) is the major forestry pest. Asian Gypsy Moth brought to North America by ship can cause significant damage to the forests and the environments. We provide Asian Gypsy Moth inspection certificates for ships in order to protect the rights of our customers.

Ships without CCIC certificates during the high-risk period will be denied entry into ports such as the United States, and will wait for inspection at designated places or be required to be transferred to other ports. CCIC is the only domestic inspection organisation accredited by the USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile and New Zealand. Ships destined for the above-mentioned countries from China will berth at the destination port directly after being inspected by CCIC and obtaining a certificate.
