According to the agreement signed between Chinese Government and European Union Authorities which was effective from 1 April 1996, all Chinese commodities having GSP Certification of Origin (FORM A) issued in Mainland China to be transshipped to E.U. via Hong Kong must be combined with either a bill of lading issued by Mainland China covering the passage through HK, or a Certification of Non-Mainpulation contersigned by CIC. We issued the Certification of Non-Mainpulation and offer express service for Certification of Orgin of the People's Republic of China. To ensure that all our clients are fully served and supported wherever they are, and cost-effective, express deliveries for HK manufactures in Guangdong Province. All the metioned manufactors who have registered for a valid CIQ registration are welcomed.
