Certification & Express Service Department, provides our clients the honest services as issuing the Certificate of Non-manipulation, the express service of issuing FORM A, C/O and FTA Preferential Tariff Certificates of Origin in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, transacting all kinds of foreign trade documents and embassy authentication.

Issuing the Certificate of Non-manipulation:
FORM A:
Effective from April 1, 1996, on the bases of the agreement between China government and European Union commission, the certificate of origin FORM A for the products exported from China to EU countries transshipped via Hong Kong, should be endorsed by China Inspection Co., Ltd. in its box 4 with “Certification of Non-manipulation” except those which have got the through-transport B/L. The products can get the preferential treatment when fulfill the above condition.

FTA Preferential Tariff Certificate of Origin:
According to China Customs Affiche No.78 (2003), No.13 (2004) and No.151, all the products imported to China under the preferential treatment agreement, the relevant FTA Preferential Tariff Certificates of Origin (including FORM E, FORM F and Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement Certificate of Origin etc.) should be endorsed by China Inspection Co., Ltd. with “Certification of Non-manipulation” when the products were transformed the conveyance in Hongkong. The products can get the preferential treatment when fulfill the above condition.
According to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ)’s regulations, all the products exported from China to ASEAN, Chili, Korea, India and Pakistan etc. transshipped via Hongkong, the relevant FTA Preferential Tariff Certificates of Origin should be endorsed with “Certification of Non-manipulation” for preferential treatment.

The Express Service of Issuing Certificate of Origin FORM A, C/O and FTA Preferential Tariff Certificates of Origin:
Our department provides express service of issuing FORM A, C/O, FORM E, FORM F, Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement Certificate of Origin and China-Pakistan FTA Preferential Tariff Certificate of Origin for Hongkong clients who had established factories in Guangdong Province or Shenzhen region. The Hongkong clients may apply for the relevant Certificates of Origin by express through this department, once their factories got the independent registration number from CIQ in Guangdong Province or Shenzhen regions. Besides, we also provide businesses like certificates typing, application form typing, agent services of registration of new factories or products and annual audit of registered factories. With staffs routinely going to Dongguan, Shenzhen for express service during working days, we promise to render best-quality service for all clients on the bases of courtesy, promptness, impartiality, accuracy and confidentiality.
